This is a static marketing site for OAM Agency. It does not run a quote engine or store form submissions on its own servers. If you opt in to text messages on the contact form, we also collect your mobile number and SMS consent as described below.
What this site collects
oamfinancial.com is a brochure site. The quote form sends you in one step to Farmers Insurance® at esales.farmers.com/quote/…/personal-info with Omar’s agent code. The “send a note” form opens your own email app addressed to omohamed@farmersagent.com — the message is not processed by this website.
The hosting provider (for example Hostinger) may log standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not set marketing cookies of its own.
SMS / Mobile Information
If you opt in to text messages through our website contact form at oamfinancial.com/contact.html, we collect your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in choice solely to send you customer service and/or marketing or promotional text messages from Omar Mohamed Agency (OAM Agency).
The SMS brand name is Omar Mohamed Agency (OAM Agency). Opt-in, HELP, STOP, and all other texts are sent in that name only.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
